Listen To Your Customers

Ask your customers the following questions:

  1. When and why did you do business with us the first time? What were the circumstances?
  2. When doing business with us today, what is it about our relationship that you enjoy the best?
  3. To improve our working relationship for the long-term, what would you like to see us improve?
  4. If you were to move business from us to a competitor, what would be your single biggest reason to do so?
  5. In the last 12 months, which individual in our company consistently serviced you?
After gathering this information, what actions should you take?
