- What measurable result/benefit will happen for the customer (internal customer or external customer)?
- How will the customer know and/or feel the result/benefit?
- What is the timetable for the change?
- What are the costs for the change (emotional, behavior, systems, financial, etc.)?
- Who has prime accountability for the change/who is the change leader?
- Who will support the change leader?
- What are the risks of the change -- does the return on the costs of change warrant the risk?
