- All training must cause positive behavior on the job.
- Through the positive behavior change, reach a higher level of competitive service and competitive quality .... Are you serving the customer better than anyone else and at the right quality level?
- Training without testing for knowledge gained is a waste of time. Make it mandatory that the training be used on-the-job for the next 30 to 45 days .... hands-on skill builder & practice on the job.
- Prime responsibility for training results is with management, and it should be tied to their bonus.
- For every $1.00 of training, demand no less than $3.00 payoff every 12 months.
